Prickly Pear & Pineapple Vinegar
This is the most tropical tasting of all of our vinegars as the pineapple flavor really shines.
Our vinegars are not an infusion. Rather, the fruit is co-fermented into wine, we add our mother of vinegar to it, let it sit in barrel for about a year and then add water to reduce the acidity to 5%. There is nothing artificial, we don't use any chemicals and everything is 100% natural. Raw, unfiltered, and with the mother.
