We are especially jazzed about this new release because it's one of the first shrubs that we completed totally in-house. What does that mean you ask? It means we first made a raspberry wine, which we then converted into a raspberry vinegar, which we then used as the predominant vinegar base in this shrub. We think that's why the color came out even more brilliant than last year. It almost looks fake, but we assure you, it's 100% real, about as real as can be in fact. This is such a great example of 100% Farm to Bar!

    • Mint Juleps-Just in time for the Kentucky Derby, get in touch with your Southern self with this classic cocktail. Mix 2 oz. whiskey, 1 oz. shrub and 1 oz. seltzer water over crushed ice, garnish with mint sprig.
    • Mojito-One of the most refreshing ways to spend an afternoon, this is one of our favorit ways to use this shrub. Mix 2 oz. rum, 1.5 oz. shrub, 1/2 tsp honey, 2 oz club soda over ice. Garnish with mint sprig.
